Freddie Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they worked as an Information Technology System Administrator at CBTS starting in December 2019. Prior to that, they were employed at Experian where they held various roles including Security Administrator, Distributed Server Support, Production Support Analyst, and Command Center Support. During their time at Experian, Freddie gained experience in monitoring and managing daily batch job processing, troubleshooting batch job abends, working with developers and internal teams to fulfill adhoc requests, and providing support for command center operations. Before Experian, Freddie worked as a KForce Consultant at Allstate and as a Customer Service Center Agent at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Freddie began their career as a Technical Support Analyst at Xerox (formerly Affiliated Computer Services), where they gained expertise in maintaining a multiple CPU environment and troubleshooting mainframe and network connectivity issues.

Freddie Jenkins's education history begins in 1974 when they attended Lake Highlands HS. However, no degree or field of study is provided for their time at this institution. From 1978 to 1983, they attended Eastfield College, where they obtained an AA degree in Business Administration. They then pursued a BBA degree in Management from Amberton University from 1991 to 1995. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, Freddie attended WGU Texas and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology - Cyber Security.
