Ethan Morris has a diverse work experience, starting as an Account Executive at Afto, Inc from 2005 to 2007, where they excelled in sales. Ethan then became a Church Planter at Ohio Church Planting Alliance from 2003 to 2008. Following this, they served as the Lead Minister at Westway Christian Church from 2009 to 2013, where they oversaw general operations and implemented effective communication strategies.

Ethan transitioned to the IT industry and joined Pomeroy in 2014 as an Operations Analyst, where they were responsible for training teams, monitoring infrastructure, and facilitating communication. Ethan then became the Major Incident Manager at Pomeroy from 2014 to 2016, taking charge of the major incident management process and ensuring seamless recovery and communication during outages.

Currently, Ethan is working at CBTS since 2016, where they held multiple roles. Ethan started as an Operations Engineer from 2016 to 2018, later advancing to Cisco VoIP Engineer II and finally, becoming an Operations Manager in 2019. Throughout their tenure at CBTS, Ethan showcased their expertise in operations and engineering, contributing to the success of the company.

Ethan Morris attended Beavercreek High School from 1992 to 1996. Ethan received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biblical Studies and Preaching from Cincinnati Christian University from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Ethan obtained a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain in April 2015.
