Ralf van Santen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ralf is currently the Sustainability Lead for Continental Europe Direct Investments at CBRE Investment Management. Prior to this, they worked at Longevity Partners Netherlands as a Senior Consultant for ESG Strategy & Reporting, and as a Sustainability & Energy Consultant and Analyst. Ralf also worked as a Freelance Researcher & Consultant, as well as a Co-Founder & Consultant at the Circular Economy Academy. Ralf had a role as a Climate KIC Innovation & Entrepreneurship Programme participant at EIT - European Institute of Innovation and Technology. Ralf also gained experience as a Circular Economy Advisory Trainee at Royal HaskoningDHV, and as a Project Manager at GWI Auto B.V. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Architecture Graduate Trainee at DAM Caribbean N.V. and as an Architecture and Engineering Trainee at Lievense Consulting Engineers.
Ralf van Santen started their education in 2009 at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture & Engineering. Ralf completed their bachelor's degree in 2014. In 2011 to 2012, Ralf pursued a minor in Heritage Building Preservation at the same university.
