Piotr Nowakowski-Tutkowski has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate and architecture fields. Piotr began their career as an Architecture Intern at Standard in 2014, where they worked on projects such as the Guggenheim Helsinki Design Competition. Piotr then interned at ANTÓN GARCÍA-ABRIL & ENSAMBLE STUDIO in 2015, where they contributed to the development of a housing research project. Piotr pursued further education and completed an Independent Study in Project Management for Real Estate Development at Cornell University in 2017. During this time, they also gained experience as an Acquisitions and Development Summer Analyst at TriGranit. In 2018, Piotr worked as a Junior Acquisitions Manager at Visum Development Group. In 2019, they held internships as a Development Intern at Native Land, an Asset Management Intern at AEW, and currently serves as an Investment Analyst at CBRE Investment Management.
Piotr Nowakowski-Tutkowski completed their education in a chronological order. In 2013, they obtained their International Baccalaureate Diploma from The International Baccalaureate. Piotr then attended Cornell University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the SC Johnson College of Business.
Later, from 2018 to 2019, Piotr enrolled at the University of Cambridge, where they pursued an M.Phil. degree in Real Estate Finance.
Furthermore, Piotr also acquired additional certifications throughout their educational journey. In 2016, they obtained the CHIA (Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics) from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, as well as the Revinate certification from eCornell. More recently, in 2021, they successfully passed the CFA Level I exam through the CFA Institute.
