JingJing Xu has worked as a Commercial Acquisitions Analyst at CBRE Investment Management since October 2021. In this role, they have executed over $3.2 billion in commercial acquisitions and developments across various sectors. They are responsible for sorting, underwriting, processing, due diligence, and closing procedures for acquisitions within the firm's funds and accounts.

Prior to this, JingJing worked as a Commercial Acquisitions Analyst at Rothenberg Rosenfield Inc. from June to August 2021. They also gained experience as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Project Destined from May to August 2021. They participated in the ARGUS University Challenge representing Baruch College and achieved a top ten ranking while working at Altus Group from February to April 2021. Additionally, they gained further commercial real estate experience through an internship at WeWork from January to March 2021.

JingJing Xu completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism at Xiamen University. JingJing then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from Baruch College between the years 2019 and 2021.
