Severin Schlehan is a consultant and junior analyst specializing in valuation at CBRE Switzerland since October 2022. Also serving in digital marketing at allcap AG since May 2019, Severin previously completed an internship in Valuation Advisory Services at CBRE Germany from July to October 2022. Experience includes working as a Werkstudent and intern in sales at Hälg Facility Management AG from March 2021 to May 2022, and serving as an infantry driver in the Schweizer Armee from July 2018 to April 2019. Severin's educational background includes pursuing an MSc in Real Estate at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and holding a Bachelor of Science in Facility Management with a specialization in real estate from ZHAW School of Life Sciences and Facility Management, complemented by studies at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. Prior to these academic endeavors, Severin completed an apprenticeship as a polymechanic at Georg Fischer from July 2013 to June 2017.
