Ricardo Serrano has extensive work experience in project management and civil engineering. Ricardo is currently the Head of Project Management at CBRE Portugal, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at CBRE for eight years, starting as a Senior Project Manager in February 2013 and later becoming an Associate Director in April 2020. Before joining CBRE, Ricardo worked as a Civil Engineer - Project Manager at Edifer from September 2008 to February 2013. Ricardo also gained experience as a Civil Engineer - Technical Consultant at Modera Engenharia Lda from March 2007 to March 2008.

Ricardo Serrano completed their education in a chronological order. In 2002, they enrolled in the High Institute of Engineering of Lisbon (ISEL) and pursued a degree in Civil Engineering. Ricardo successfully completed their degree program in 2008. Following this, from 2009 to 2010, Ricardo attended the Faculty of Science and Technology at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where they pursued a post-graduation in Project Management. Lastly, in 2011, they briefly attended the PMI - Project Management Institute to obtain their PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
