Nick Maupin is a seasoned professional in the multifamily real estate sector, currently serving as Senior Director of National Multifamily at CBRE since April 2023. Prior to this role, Nick served as Director of Investments at Palladius Capital Management and held various positions at Freddie Mac from July 2015 to March 2022, where responsibilities included originating $12.5 billion in multifamily loans across over 530 assets. Nick's earlier experience includes roles at Grant Thornton LLP as a National Real Estate and Facilities Intern and a Project Assistant at the Wisconsin School of Business. Nick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance, Investment, & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and participated in an exchange program at Copenhagen Business School in 2014.
