Sherri Petro is an experienced Realtor and Certified Residential Appraiser with a career spanning over two decades in real estate. Currently working at Brookstone Realtors since July 2022, Sherri also holds a dual role at Brookstone Realtors/Cheryl Petryczkowycz Appraisals, where expertise in property evaluation techniques and local market trends is applied. Sherri has been affiliated with various real estate firms, including POWELL Real Estate and Clients First Realty, and has a strong background in using advanced appraisal software and technology for data collection and analysis. Education was completed at Middleton Training Real Estate and Appraiser School.
