Marta Ciszewska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and data analytics. Currently serving as the Data Projects & Internal Reporting Director at CBRE since June 2017, Marta leads a team of over 10 BI developers and data engineers, overseeing the delivery of data solutions and the roadmap for internal reporting across GWS service lines. Previous roles include Business Intelligence Manager and BI Developers Team Leader, where Marta demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing BI solutions, data modeling, and analytics development. Marta's expertise spans various applications such as Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL, and Marta holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies in Big Data from Warsaw University of Technology.
