Devi Virdi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President Global Head of DE&I at CBRE, Devi focuses on transforming workplace culture and enhancing employee experiences. In addition to this role, Devi is a member of the ED&I Advisory Group for the International Business and Diplomatic Exchange, a Fellow of the Society of Leadership Fellows, and a Non-Executive Director at CSSC, further contributing to community engagement and well-being initiatives. Previously, Devi held pivotal positions at Centrica, Raizup, HRS Group, Accor, and Rocco Forte Hotels, championing diverse and inclusive environments while managing high-performing teams and strategic initiatives.
