Naveen Bachkethi has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Naveen is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of CBNITS, a company that specializes in cutting-edge technologies and serves a range of clients, including Fortune-500 companies and startups. Naveen also works as an Advisor and Investor for Bootstrapped to Series D startups, with expertise in Healthcare, Security, EdTech, and HRTech industries. Naveen is an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council since 2020. Naveen is also the Co-Founder of ConnectBud, an online tutoring platform that offers affordable classes taught by current engineering students. In terms of their managerial roles, Naveen served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Netskope from 2020 to 2021 and previously worked as a Software Engineering Manager at VMware from 2016 to 2020, where they were part of the EUC Workspace One Intelligence team. Prior to VMware, they had a significant tenure at Intel Security, where they started as an Engineer and eventually became a Software QA Engineering Manager. Naveen worked on the McAfee Advanced Threat Defense Product and was responsible for managing automation teams and sustaining teams across different locations. Before Intel Security, Naveen worked as a Software Engineer at NetXen Systems, where they automated test-tracking tools and worked on data integrity tests for NetXen's NIC cards. Additionally, they served as a Bugzilla administrator during their time at NetXen Systems. Naveen began their professional career as a Software Engineer at PharmQuest in 2005.

Naveen Bachkethi completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Maths from Kumaun University between 1999 and 2002. Naveen then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science, University of Pune from 2003 to 2006.

In 2014, Naveen Bachkethi attended UCSC Silicon Valley Extension for a course on Python for Programmers.

Additionally, in August 2017, they obtained a certification in Cloudera Administrator Training for Apache Hadoop from Cloudera.
