Eva Alonso Madrigal currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at CBM Global Disability Inclusion since December 2020. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at DHL Supply Chain, where multiple positions were held, including Global Talent Development Manager and UKI Benefits Manager, spanning from February 2008 to September 2020. Previous roles also include HR Manager at Action Against Hunger and various HR positions at Deutsche Telekom, Panda Software, and XFERA. Eva Alonso Madrigal holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD, a degree in RH from IEDE Business School, a Master's in Human Resources from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, and a Bachelor's in Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Additionally, a workshop on Managing Disability at Work was completed through the Business Disability Forum.
