Dawn Gnieski, CMD, SLD, has extensive experience in the retail real estate sector, currently serving as the Director of Specialty Leasing and Advertising at CBL Properties since January 2009. In this role, Dawn is responsible for developing new business opportunities across CBL shopping centers nationwide and manages Sponsorship programs for fourteen properties in the greater Cincinnati area. Prior to this position, Dawn held various roles including Senior Business Development Manager and Regional Director of Brand Development at CBL Properties, and served as Marketing Director at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. Additionally, Dawn spent a decade at JLL as VP Regional Marketing Director and worked as Manager of Sales and Marketing at The Rouse Company. Educational qualifications include a BA in Management/Marketing from Seton Hill University and certifications in Marketing and Specialty Leasing from ICSC.
