Shiranthi Abayakoon is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate HR Talent Acquisition and Development at Ceylon Biscuits Limited since October 2021, Shiranthi previously held significant roles at HSBC Global Resourcing from November 2004 to October 2021, including Human Resources Manager and Assistant Manager positions in Resourcing, Onboarding, and Learning and Development. Shiranthi holds a Master's degree in HR, Human Resources Management and Services from Edinburgh Napier University, completed between 2015 and 2017.
