Stefani Roma is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at CBIZ since January 2004, Stefani has progressed through multiple leadership positions including Human Resources Director and HR Manager. Prior to CBIZ, Stefani worked at WideOpenWest as a Human Resources Administrator, managing employee benefits programs and the HRIS system, and held positions at Motorola as a Benefits Assistant and Payroll Technician. Stefani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
