Genny Heikka, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Genny is currently the Director of CBH Rentals Leasing and Marketing and CBH Leadership Development at CBH Homes. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Leadership Development and Customer Care at the same company.

In 2017, Genny founded Their Team Success, where they offer coaching, workshops, and training to various clients, including HP Inc., Micron, and Boise State University. Genny also consults corporate clients on topics such as women's leadership, employee engagement, and team dynamics.

Genny has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Southern Idaho and Brown Mackie College, where they taught business-related subjects and promoted student success.
