Hayley Pratt is a corporate lawyer with extensive legal experience across various roles in notable organizations. Currently serving at CBH Group since May 2023, Hayley previously worked as Legal Counsel at LOD and Link Group, where responsibilities included supporting diverse businesses in contractual and regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes an Adviser role at ASX focused on Listing Rules compliance and a Lawyer position at Lawton Gillon, dealing with litigation, property, corporate, and commercial matters.
