Keegan Brooks has a diverse work experience in various roles. From 2018 onwards, Keegan worked at cBEYONData as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant. Before that, from 2014 to 2018, Keegan was a Lead Business System Analyst at CACI International Inc, where they focused on data conversion related to financial systems. Prior to that, Keegan worked at Thomas & Herbert Consulting as a Consultant, where they served as a Business Analyst and provided grant management and program management services. Keegan also briefly worked as an Associate at Quadel Consulting Corporation and as an Intern at Love Funding Corporation.

Keegan Brooks attended the University of Virginia from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics. In December 2017, Keegan obtained a certification as a Certified Defense Financial Manager from the American Society of Military Comptrollers.
