Chris Bowles

Founder and President at cbec eco engineering

Chris Bowles has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Chris started their career as a Junior Surveyor at M. N. Oliver, Land Surveyors in 1987. Chris then worked as a Site Engineer and Site Agent at G. F. Tomlinson Civil Engineers from 1989 to 1994. In 1994, they joined the National Rivers Authority as a Flood Engineer. From 1998 to 2007, Chris worked as a Principal at PWA, Ltd. Currently, they serve as the President and Eco Engineer at cbec, inc, where they specialize in ecological engineering for the water resources industry and provides sustainable solutions in various fields.

Chris Bowles completed their education in a chronological order. They first attended Trent Polytechnic from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained an HND in Engineering Surveying. They then went on to study at Nottingham Trent University from 1993 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering. Lastly, Chris pursued a doctorate and completed their Ph.D. in Computational Fluid Dynamics within the field of Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University between 1995 and 1998.
