Yuong T Lam has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmacy. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at CVS Health, starting as a Pharmacy Management Intern and later becoming a Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager. In these roles, they established a new pharmacy location, grew the customer base, and mentored interns and new pharmacists.

In 2019, Yuong joined CBD Farmhouse as the Chief Operations Officer. Yuong T supervised and coordinated all departments, including production, logistics, ecommerce, and customer service, to provide high-quality hemp products. Yuong T also worked as a Product Development Supervisor and Pharmacist Consultant, conducting research and development of natural and cannabinoid products, developing branding and label designs, and overseeing digital marketing.

In 2022, Yuong moved on to work as a Clinical Pharmacist at the Child & Family Guidance Center before returning to CBD Farmhouse in 2023 as the Chief Executive Officer.

Yuong T Lam, PharmD pursued their education in a chronological manner. Yuong T began their academic journey in 2009 at the University of Houston, where they studied Pre-Pharmacy Studies until 2011. Following this, they enrolled at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and completed their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from 2011 to 2015.

In terms of certifications, Yuong T Lam has obtained several additional qualifications. In 2011, they earned the title of Licensed Pharmacist Immunizer from the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. Later, in 2013, they completed Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers training under the American Red Cross DFW. In 2015, Yuong T Lam became a Licensed Pharmacist after acquiring certification from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. Continuing their professional development, they obtained the title of Licensed Pharmacist Preceptor from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy in 2018. Looking forward, they plan to enhance their skill set by attaining Adult Mental Health First Aid and CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications in February and March 2023, respectively.
