Wayne Kinch has extensive experience in the media industry, beginning in 2002 with Alliance Atlantis as a National Account Executive for Entertainment. Wayne then moved on to Canwest Broadcasting, Shaw Media, and Pelmorex Broadcast Sales, where they held various National Account Executive roles. In 2019, Wayne joined CBC/Radio-Canada as an Integrated Account Lead, focusing on Sports & Olympics revenue, media sales, and marketing.

Wayne Kinch attended Seneca Polytechnic, studying Small Business Administration/Management. Wayne also enrolled in George Brown College Continuing Education, where they pursued a degree in Search Engine Optimization & Web Analytics within the field of Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
