Francisco Javier Ramos is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Compliance Director at cbc (The Central America Bottling Corporation) since July 2018, Francisco previously held positions such as Compliance Manager LAS and Compliance Specialist LAN at Cervejaria Ambev, where responsibilities included the implementation of the Anticorruption Compliance Program across multiple Latin American countries. Prior to that, Francisco was the Legal Manager at Compañía Brahma Venezuela, S. A. (Ambev) and served as Senior Attorney at Brink's Inc., focusing on legal management, contract negotiation, and compliance issues. Francisco holds a Specialist degree in Financial Law and a Bachelor in Law from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
