Previous experience includes a twelve-year tenure at Connexions Loyalty Travel Solutions, where Phelan worked as a Help Desk Customer Service Executive, focusing on high-security banking redemption programs, resolving escalated issues, and providing support for the internal call center team. Phelan is a graduate of Ritenour High School.
