Eric Ely is an experienced engineering manager currently at CB Insights since January 2022. Prior to this role, Eric co-founded and served as CTO at Kincern, a company focused on alleviating the financial and administrative burdens of elder care using advanced technologies. Eric's background includes a position as a senior software engineer at Cohere Health, where work involved developing a prior authorization platform for the insurance sector, and as a principal software engineer at miEdge, where Eric contributed to creating a leading insurance prospecting platform. Co-founding MidAir Technology allowed Eric to innovate in wireless technology, and earlier roles included serving as a principal solutions engineer at Azimuth Systems and positions as product manager and software engineer. Eric holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.
