At Citizens Business Bank, Eric served as Vice President / Financial Center Manager since 2016. Eric efficiently managed multiple financial centers, focusing on sales and service efforts to retain and expand the client portfolio. Eric achieved deposit, loan, and income targets while catering to high net worth private clients and businesses.

In 2021, Eric assumed the position of Board President at Shoes4Grades.
