Lindsay Herndon, LMHC, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Caz Recovery since January 2023 and has maintained a private practice as a Psychotherapist at Invictus Counseling PLLC since April 2020. Previously, Lindsay held significant roles at BryLin Behavioral Health System, including Associate Vice President and Director of Outpatient Services, overseeing comprehensive outpatient treatment programs and implementing effective policies. Prior experience includes managing an adult mental health program at Endeavor Health Services, providing therapy for sexual offenders at Horizon Health Services, and delivering in-home therapy through Multisystemic Therapy at One Hope United. Lindsay's educational background includes a Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Forensic Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School, along with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University.
