Alasdair Ogilvy started their career in 1980 as an Infantry Officer in HM Forces. Alasdair then worked as an Account Executive at Merrill Lynch from 1985 to 1987. Afterwards, they joined Citibank NA London as a VP from 1987 to 1990. From 1990 to 1994, they served as an Investment Director at Rupert Loewenstein Investments. Alasdair then worked as an Associate Director at Barings (ING) from 1994 to 1998. Alasdair then became a Partner at Ironwood Investors Ltd from 1998 to 2006. After that, they held a role as an Investment Director in the Chairman's Office at Hinduja Family Office from 2007 to 2009. Alasdair then joined Lloyds Bank Private Banking as a Director, Key Clients from 2009 to 2019. Currently, Alasdair works as a Portfolio Director at Cazenove Capital since 2019.
Alasdair Ogilvy attended The Dragon School from 1970 to 1974. Alasdair then pursued their secondary education at Wellington College from 1975 to 1979. After completing their secondary education, Alasdair Ogilvy enrolled at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, where they obtained a degree known as SMC 25 in 1981.
