Mark Olson is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Portfolio CTO, VP of Customer Solutions, and Director of Customer Solution Architecture at Caylent since August 2021. Prior to this role, Mark held multiple leadership positions at Onica, a Rackspace Technology Company, from July 2018 to July 2021, including Director of Customer Solutions Architecture and Sr Manager of Customer Solutions. Mark's earlier experience includes significant roles at First American Mortgage Solutions as a Senior Software Solutions Architect, Broadcom as an Enterprise Solutions Architect, and positions at eSembler, Schraff Group, and Netbase Computing. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 1991 and 1996.
