Rodrigo Souza has a wealth of experience in various roles, beginning in 2011 with their role as Analista de Crédito at Consensus Análise de Crédito e Consultoria. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at MRV Engenharia, first as Assistente de Crédito and then at Easy Taxi as Gerente Regional de Operações I, Gerente Regional de Operações II, and Gerente Regional de Operações III - Norte e Nordeste. During this time, they also held roles at Rappi as Gerente de Operações and at Instituto Nordeste Cidadania as Gerente Regional de Operações. From 2017 to 2019, Rodrigo worked at Porto Seguro as Consultor de Operações, and from 2019 to 2020 they worked at Buser Brasil in various roles, including Head of Operations | Risk & Contingency, Head of Operations | Quality, Safety, Risk & Contingency, Head of Operations | Safety & Quality, and Marketing, Quality, Operations, Infrastructure & Safety. Most recently, Rodrigo has worked at Dinâmica Group from 2020 to 2021 as Teacher, Consultant & Mentor, and at Sebrae Minas from 2021 to 2022 as Tutor. Rodrigo is currently working at Cayena as Head of Growth.

Rodrigo Souza obtained their MBA in Logistics Enterprise from UNI-RN in 2012 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Laureate Education, Inc. in 2010, with a major in Business Administration.
