Joseph Castigliego has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Joseph is currently the Head of Operations & Supply Chain at Cay Skin since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Operations at Pat McGrath Cosmetics from May 2021 to September 2021.

In their previous role as the Director of Operations at Kjaer Weis from February 2019 to May 2021, Joseph was responsible for overseeing operations. Joseph also worked as a Senior Manager of Operations at the same company from February 2018 to February 2019.

Before joining Kjaer Weis, Joseph worked at L & L Wings, Inc from April 2017 to February 2018. Joseph held the position of Business and Technical Analyst and also served as the Acting IT Manager. In this role, they provided system support and admin, created reports using SSMS and PowerBI, and developed permissions groups.

Joseph's earlier experiences include working at Rollease Acmeda as a Continuous Improvement Leader from November 2016 to April 2017, and as a Production Coordinator from February 2015 to November 2016. Joseph also worked at Unimetal Surface Finishing as a Production Coordinator from May 2014 to February 2015 and as a Lean Manufacturing Project Manager from January 2013 to May 2014.

Joseph Castigliego attended the University of Connecticut from 2009 to 2012 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time. From 2015 to 2018, they studied at Post University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications including "Employee of the Year (2014)" from UniMetal Surface Finishing in January 2015 and "Lean Leadership" from Leanovations in January 2014.
