David Yakov has worked at Cawamo since September 2019, where they serve as the CEO. Cawamo specializes in visual analytics and offers advanced video applications for the mass market, focusing on securing and monitoring premises. Prior to Cawamo, David worked at LiveU from 2009 to 2019 in various roles. David served as the Vice President of Business Development from August 2014 to September 2019 and as the VP of Sales from an unknown start date to August 2014.

David Yakov pursued their education at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. From 1988 to 1992, they earned an Engineer's Degree. Later, they returned to the same university and obtained a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 1996 to 1998.
