Prior roles at CAVU included Head of International Commercial Services - Parking, engaging in international projects and customer-centric e-commerce strategies. Mathilde's extensive background includes directorial experience at Burtin-Bell Consulting and significant positions at Whitbread, where revenue growth was driven across Premier Inn hotels, as well as regional revenue management roles in previous organizations such as Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and Accor Hotels. Mathilde possesses a Master's Degree in Management from ESC Clermont Business School.
