Jen Hodgson is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in the travel and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager for Europe, Middle East & Africa at CAVU since July 2022, Jen previously held the position of Customer Service Manager for MAG Distribution at MAG Airports Group from November 2020 to July 2022. Prior to that, Jen worked as the International Customer Service Manager at Looking4.com and began career development at Travel Parking Group as a Customer Service Associate. Earlier roles included Conference & Groups Coordinator at Jurys Inn Hotel Group and Travel Advisor at Co-operative Travel, demonstrating a diverse skill set in customer relations and operational management. Jen holds A Level qualifications in Tourism and English from Tavistock College.
