Jestina Joy has over 10 years of work experience, starting in 2010 as an Embedded Engineer at TDP Sun Power Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Jestina then worked as an Embedded Engineer at Kaim Softtech Pvt Ltd from 2011 to 2013. After that, they joined Accel Frontline Services Ltd. - India as a Senior Software Engineer from 2013 to 2016. Jestina then moved to Wipro Limited, where they worked as a Senior System Engineer at Wipro Technologies from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Lead System Engineer at Cavli Wireless since July 2020.

Jestina Joy began their education at FMEMHS, where they completed their SSL degree in various subjects from 1989 to 1999. Jestina then attended Alphonsa College from 1999 to 2001, achieving a Pre Degree in the First Group. Jestina went on to study at Baselius Poulose II Catholicose College from 2001 to 2004, earning their Bachelor's degree in Electronics. Jestina further pursued their education at the same college from 2004 to 2006, obtaining a Masters degree in Electronics.
