Gopinath Krishnamurthy's education history begins in 1976 when they attended D.A.V Higher Secondary School. Gopinath completed their Secondary School Certificate there, focusing on subjects such as Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
After completing their secondary education, from 1988 to 1989, Gopinath attended SRM Engg College where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Following their bachelor's degree, Gopinath attended Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) from 1990 to 1996. During their time there, they pursued a Master of Technology degree specializing in Automation and Control Systems.
