Mike Rasor is a seasoned business attorney and shareholder at Cavitch Familo & Durkin Co., LPA, specializing in Real Estate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Contracts, Corporate Formation and Governance, and Litigation since August 2010. Concurrently, Mike serves as an at-large member of the Stow City Council, representing residents since 2010, and is involved with the Summit County Republican Party as a Central Committee member for Stow's Ward 4-A.
