Nick Witty serves as the Group CEO of Cavendish Maxwell since August 2024, and has been a Co-Founder at JC Phoebex Properties since February 2004. Previously, Nick held various senior positions at Chestertons Global, including Managing Director and CEO for the MENA region from February 2017 to January 2024, and Chief Executive Officer at Chestertons Global Franchising from October 2019 to May 2022. With extensive experience in business development, Nick was a Director at Deloitte Corporate Finance Limited and Commercial Director at Premier Technical Services Group Ltd. Nick's career also includes significant roles at DTZ, where contributions included business restructuring and managing operations across the Middle East. Educationally, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.
