Nanci MacDonald is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Acting Human Resources Manager at Cavendish Farms since May 2023, Nanci previously worked as a Resource Assistant at PEI Business Women's Association and held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Master Packaging Inc. from January 2018 to September 2022. Nanci's career also includes roles as a Facilitator for the Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium and various positions at Raytheon ELCAN Optical Technologies, where responsibilities included senior HR support, recruitment, and training. Educated with an HRM Certificate from Georgian College, Nanci possesses a strong foundation in human resources management.
