Charles McAleavy possesses extensive experience in air traffic management, currently serving as a Senior Air Traffic Subject Matter Expert at Cavan Solutions since 2018. Prior to this role, Charles worked as a Senior Air Traffic Control Specialist at Human Solutions, Inc. from November 2012 to April 2018. Charles began their career at the DOT-FAA, where work commenced in February 1985 as an Air Traffic Control Specialist and later included responsibilities as a Traffic Management Coordinator until October 2012. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Maintenance Management from Lewis University between 1980 and 1984.
