Monica Limas, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and technology leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Technology PMO at Freshly since December 2020, Monica has been instrumental in establishing processes for cross-functional teams and implementing a Stage Gate framework for strategic projects. Previously, Monica held roles at Pearson as a Manager of Project Management, overseeing remote teams in an Agile environment, and as a Project Manager responsible for managing complex projects.
