Frances Holland is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People + Culture at CAVA since July 2019, Frances has also operated as a Human Resources Consultant since March 2018. Prior positions include Partner Resources Manager at Starbucks, Director of Human Resources at Westin Washington DC City Center Hotel, and Human Resources Manager at Joie de Vivre Hospitality, among others. Frances's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Sociology/Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies, both from Clark Atlanta University.
