Adam Wilbur, CFRE, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fundraising and development. Currently serving as the Director of Individual Giving at Worcester Academy since August 2024, Adam has held various roles in the nonprofit sector, including Co-Founder and Managing Partner at CauseVid since 2016 and interim Executive Director of Development at the University of New Haven from November 2022 to August 2024. Prior to these positions, Adam was Director of Development for the School of Pharmacy and School of Business at The University of Connecticut Foundation, Inc. from 2012 to 2016. Adam began a career in sales with significant roles at Johnson & Johnson and Eli Lilly and Company, following an internship at Genentech, Inc. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
