Kelly O'Dwyer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director for multiple organizations including HealthCo Healthcare and Wellness REIT, Barrenjoey, Equity Trustees, and HMC Capital, O'Dwyer also holds a position as a School Council Member at Caulfield Grammar School. O'Dwyer's notable political career includes various ministerial roles within the Parliament of Australia, such as Minister for Jobs and Industrial Relations, Minister for Women, and Federal Member for Higgins. With a legal background as a Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer at Freehills and a senior adviser in the Office of the Federal Treasurer, O'Dwyer possesses a strong foundation in law and economics, supported by a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
