Charles Duarte currently serves as Facility & After Sales Manager at Caudwell Collection since October 2018. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Overseas Operations Manager at Richstone Properties from July 2017 to March 2018. Charles's career in hospitality began at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Guest Service Agent from February 2011 to June 2017, and earlier as Head Concierge Assistant at Groupe Belles Rives between April 2008 and November 2010. Charles holds a Bachelor Degree in Management and Engineering of Tourism, Economics from Université Côte d'Azur (2009-2010) and a Higher Technician Diploma in Hotel Management from Paul Augier University, Nice (2006-2008).
