Joseph R Blasko is a Civil Structural Engineer at Transtar LLC since July 2022 and also serves as a Professional at Inspire Others, focusing on motivational leadership in heavy industrial engineering, inspection, photography, safety, and project management. Currently, Joseph is the Asset Integrity Manager for CATSI, Inc. in the Pittsburgh Office, a position held since September 2018. Previously, Joseph worked at Orbital Engineering, Inc. from September 2010 to August 2018, fulfilling various roles including Asset Integrity Regional Manager and Civil/Structural Engineering Department Manager. Joseph's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Protective Technology from Penn State University, where studies were conducted from 2005 to 2007, and a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering with a minor in Engineering Mechanics from the same institution, completed in 2005. Additional studies in Structural Engineering and Architecture were undertaken through a study abroad program at the University of Leeds starting in 2004.
