Ralph Thompson, PMP, is an experienced project manager with a robust background in construction and project management spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Caton Construction Group since March 2022, Ralph has held similar roles at Branscome Inc. and S. C. Rossi & Company, Inc. Ralph's expertise includes quality control systems management, having previously worked at DCI/Shires and ALLEGHANY CONSTRUCTION INC. With earlier experience as a Project Superintendent and Construction Manager, Ralph has been instrumental in significant projects, including the Army Corps of Engineers' Roanoke River Flood Reduction Projects. Education includes coursework from New River Community College and Virginia Western Community College, along with professional development in project management from 2014 to 2016.
