Annette Buelow has extensive experience in the retail industry, with a focus on merchandise planning and allocation. Annette has held senior leadership positions at various companies, including the Cato Corporation, J.Jill, Charming Shoppes, Gap Inc., Old Navy, and Gap International.

At J.Jill, Annette served as the VP of Merchandise Planning and Allocation, where they implemented inventory management strategies, developed plans to support financial goals, and led a team of 40. Annette also played a key role in selecting and implementing a company-wide system upgrade.

Prior to J.Jill, Annette worked at Charming Shoppes as the VP of Merchandise Planning and Allocation for Fashion Bug. In this role, they improved profitability and margin through effective inventory management and led a team of 40 in building and executing merchandise plans and allocation strategies for 600 stores.

Annette also has experience at Gap Inc., where they served as the VP of Inventory Management for Banana Republic. Annette was responsible for driving strategy and vision for a team of 35 in allocation, inventory strategy, store planning, and logistics. Annette played a crucial role in the deployment of a new buying and allocation system and led a cross-brand inventory management forum for Gap Inc.
