Ramisa Nawar is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Catholic Relief Services since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ramisa held various positions at WorldFish from November 2017 to November 2023, including HR Manager, Senior Human Resources Specialist, HR Manager (Acting), Human Resources Executive, and Human Resources Assistant, with a focus on overall recruitment activities. Earlier experience includes an internship as an HR Intern at Renata Limited in early 2017, where foundational knowledge of Human Resource Management was gained. Ramisa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resource Management & Marketing, both from North South University.
