Noheir Esmat has extensive work experience in finance and operations management. They currently hold the position of Head of Operations at Catholic Relief Services since May 2023. Before that, they worked at CARE in various roles, including Finance Controller, Deputy Finance Director, Budgeting and Grants Manager, Regional Audit Coordinator - MENA, and Senior Accountant-Budgeting and Reporting. Prior to CARE, they served as the Chief Accountant at Ajman Holding from January 2008 to May 2009. They also worked as a Senior Accountant-Accounts Payables at Axiom Telecom from August 2005 to December 2007 and as an Associate at Price Waterhouse Coopers from September 2002 to September 2004. Noheir began their career as a Junior Staff at Banque du Caire from October 2001 to August 2002.

Noheir Esmat earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, specializing in the English Section, from Ain Shams University. Noheir attended from 1996 to 2000.
